Refund policy

We want you to love shopping with CleanSmart.in. If you are not satisfied, we offer an easy return & refund process.

- Return Window: Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

- Process: To initiate a return, email us at rohan@cleansmart.in with your order ID and reason.

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Non-returnable items: Personalized or hygiene-related products.
